                        Process for Ordering Transcripts for Former Students

                        Below are the instructions and related charges for issuing transcripts and sending them abroad.

                        Note: You must pay for the printing of the transcript AND the delivery method.

                        Transcript
                        1 official academic transcript sealed inside a university envelope
                        MoneyGram/eMoneyGram THB 150.00.

                        Express Courier
                        1-5 transcripts sent to one address by DHL/FedEx/TNT (3-5 days):
                        MoneyGram/eMoneyGram THB 1,500.00


                        6-10 transcripts sent to one address by DHL/FedEx/TNT (3-5 days):
                        MoneyGram/eMoneyGram THB 2,000.00

                        Registered Economy Airmail
                        Up to 10 transcripts sent by registered economy airmail to one address (7-21 days):
                        MoneyGram/eMoneyGram THB 800.00

                        Electronic Transmission
                        1 transcript faxed to one number and/or 1 transcript scanned and sent by email to any number of email addresses:
                        MoneyGram/eMoneyGram THB 200.00
                        For each additional fax number, add:
                        MoneyGram/eMoneyGram THB 100.00

                         There are two options for making payment:

                        1. MoneyGram
                        At any bank that offers the MoneyGram service. Check this website www.moneygram.com to find a bank near you that offers this service. Be sure to enter the appropriate fee listed above as the "Receive Amount" in Thai baht. Payment should be made out to CHALERMPOL TANTAWANICH and the REFERENCE NUMBER must be sent to the following email address: chalermpol@seaigs.org ( please copy to: info@seaigs.org ).

                        2. Credit Card
                        Online using a credit card with eMoneyGram. Go to www.emoneygram.com, and be sure to enter the appropriate fee listed above as the "Receive Amount" in Thai baht. Payment should be made out to CHALERMPOL TANTAWANICH and the REFERENCE NUMBER must be sent to the following email address: chalermpol@seaigs.org  (please copy to: info@seaigs.org ).

                        DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY UNTIL THE TOTAL AMOUNT DUE HAS BEEN CONFIRMED BY EMAIL.

                        Note: A transcript cannot be processed until Payap University has received all necessary information and full payment from the student. The transcript will be sent within 5 working days of an email acknowledging complete information and receipt of full payment.Prices quoted above are subject to change according with postage price fluctuations.
